Se anuncia un disco de homenaje a Leonard Cohen con James Taylor, Peter Gabriel, Iggy Pop, Norah Jones, Mavis Staples, Sarah McLachlan y Nathaniel Rateliff, entre otros. Titulado Here it is: A tribute to Leonard Cohen, será publicado por Blue Note Records el 14 de octubre.
Las doce canciones que contiene han sido grabadas con el acompañamiento musical del guitarrista Bill Frisell, el saxofonista Immanuel Wilkins, el pianista Kevin Hays, el bajista Scott Colley y el batería Nate Smith, y como invitados Greg Leisz (pedal steel guitar) y Larry Goldings (órgano).
El primer avance es la versión de “Coming back to you” por James Taylor.
