Kris Kristofferson cumplirá 80 años el 22 de junio y lo celebra publicando “Cedar Creek Sessions”, un álbum doble en el que recrea algunas de sus mejores canciones. La grabación tuvo lugar en el verano de 2014 en Austin (Texas) y fue producida por Tamara Saviano y Shawn Camp. Kristofferson contó con el acompañamiento de Kevin Smith al bajo, Michael Ramos a los teclados y Mike Meadows a la batería. Sheryl Crow aparece como invitada en ‘The Loving Gift’. “Cedar Creek Sessions” sale a la venta el 17 de junio.
